Anti-Money Laundering Training

Training Overview

MassMutual offers annual Anti-Money Laundering (AML) training at no cost to you through a web-based course provided by Life Insurance Marketing and Research Association (LIMRA). To access the training:

• Access the LIMRA Anti-Money Laundering training at https://aml.limra.com.
• Your USER ID will be the first four letters of your last name (lower case) along with the last six digits of your social security number.
• If this is your first log-in, your password will be your last name (lower case). You will then be instructed to change your password for security purposes. Returning users should use the password that they created previously.
• After logging in, you will be directed to your Home Page, which lists the course(s) you are enrolled in.
• Complete the anti-money laundering training.
• Review the MassMutual Company Page for AML.
• You will not receive a paper certificate of your completion of the course. MassMutual will receive an electronic report from LIMRA indicating that you have completed the course.

Audience

This training program requirement pertains to you if you are appointed to sell any of the following MassMutual products:

• individual and survivorship life insurance products
• individual annuity products
• most executive benefits products.

Additional Information

Producers who do not complete AML training will be subject to restrictions on having new business issued until the training has been completed.

If you are a Registered Representative who has already completed AML training through your broker-dealer, please notify us via e-mail at AMLQ&A@massmutual.com and include the following information:

• your name
• name of your broker dealer
• date that you completed the AML training
• copy of your certificate of AML training completion (if available)

MassMutual will confirm whether the broker-dealer has evidence of an adequate AML program and, if so, will update your record to reflect compliance with AML. If we cannot confirm this or the broker-dealer does not have a selling agreement with MassMutual, you will be required to complete AML training through LIMRA.
